Unable to Update Public Free/Busy Data...

Problem Description:

facing a issue in outlook "Unable to Update Public Free/Busy Data". I have tried many things out but nothing works.We are using office xp .This error is on lient side.One error has also be generated on the server "Error updating public folder with free-busy information on virtual machine GS-EXCHANGE. The error number is 0x8004010f. "
Things done till now
1) Tried the /Cleanfreebusy but error received unable to clean your freebusy information on the server
2) Updated office xp with sp3
3) Checked for public folder replicas is any old server still listed

What more should I do users are complaning that they are receiving this pop up regularly and their reminders does not pop up on time
  
Can any one provide me a solution .I am using Exchange server 2003
