logmein Installation Error 10048

I was trying to install the latest version of logmein free on a Windows Server 2003 machine. Installation got right to the end where it tries to start the logmein service and it failed to start the service.
Trying to start it manually fails too with the text below.
Windows could not start the logmein service on the local computer
Error 10048 : Only one usage of each socket address protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.
When I Google & searched for solution, I didn't find any proper solution. Even Logmein community portal http://community.logmein.com doesn't include any proper KB on this.

After a long struggle I found exact problem and correction method.

There is one Post on Logmein community portal by Logmein Sales representative it says.
Error 10048 is a Windows error, not a LogMeIn error, please see below:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/173619 Rob HLogMeIn Sales Engineer
But if you debug actually its neither Windows error, not a LogMeIn error its due to application on your Desktop or Server using the ports used by Logmein Application.

Solution:
LogMeIn (LMI) uses ports 80, 443 and 2002.
The LMI installer won't complete unless the LMI service starts. To get round this issue, do the following.
1. Run the install.
2. When it gets to the point where the service fails, open Regedit.
3. You will see that HKLM\Software\LogMeIn\Net\Listener Port is set to 2002.
When the service start fails and gives you error 10048, change this to another port (i used 2050) and hit Retry, now at this point LMI service will get started and installation will get completed.
